A little while ago I posted a photo of these cookies on my Instagram and promised to share it here on the blog! I found this recipe in a magazine a few years ago and it has become one of my favourite cookie recipes ever because of how quick and simple it is. These cookies are so delicious and indulgent! Last time I made them it equalled about 18 cookies and I can promise you that they don't last more than a few days in my house. All information on how you can bake these yourself at home is listed below:
Makes 20 cookies. Prep 15 minutes. Cook 10 Minutes.
Natural Peanut Butter (you can use smooth and crunchy depending on what you like) = 1 Cup
Golden Caster Sugar = 3/4 Cup
Egg = 1
Vanilla Extract = 1 Teaspoon
Baking Powder = 1/2 Teaspoon
Choc Chips = 1/2 Cup
1. Preheat oven to moderate, 180C. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons of dough and place onto trays, 2cm apart. Flatten slightly.
3. bake 8-10 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool on a tray 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
That's it! Told you it was easy! 1 bowl, 3 steps.
I hope you guys don't mind me sharing something different here on the blog but I just like to share all different aspects of my life with you including my various interests. I love food. Leave me a comment if you decide to try these cookies out for yourself OR send me your favourite cookie recipe and I will try it out!
